Hello Jr. Knights Parents

Registration for the 2012 Football season will open Monday April 2, 2012!

Sign up early to ensure your player a place on the Newport Jr. Knight's rosters as space is limited.  We are anticipating a wait-list at every level.  Last year several levels filled to capacity within the first 10 days so please sign-up early.

If you can pay the season fee now during registration please do so. However, do not let payment matters hold you back because you can still sign-up now and take care of payment matters for the Main Bellevue Boys & Girls Club prior to the season start.

Registration is through the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club.  To register click the link below but before you begin please reference the age/weight chart information for our league further below:

The league Newport Jr Knights participates in is the Greater Eastside Junior Football Association.  The league's website is www.gejfa.net.  Our Club's website is www.newportfootball.com. 

To determine what playing level your player is at please reference the league age/weight chart for 2012.  Players level determination is either by age points alone or by age points + weight combination.

The Bellevue-Newport Knights Jr. Football system is dedicated to providing a safe, fun and rewarding experience for kids ages 7 to 14.

There are six different levels, allowing for safe and competitive play according to an age and weight formula.

Through our affiliation with the Bellevue Boys and Girls Club, we are part of the Greater Eastside Junior Football Association and support the Newport High School football program.

Our experienced coaching staffs will provide a positive mix of fundamentals, discipline, strategy and sportsmanship. We will teach our kids to win or lose with pride and dignity.

Newport Jr Knights Cheerleaders at Husky Stadium

The Newport Knights Jr Cheerleading program offers an opportunity for kids ages 7 to 14 to join a fun and organized cheer squad.

Everyone is Welcome; there are no try outs and no experience necessary!

We build self-confidence and friendships and even wear real cheerleading uniforms. We learn some of the same cheers that the High School Cheerleaders perform and cheer alongside them for JR Knights Night.

Our program runs mid-August to mid-November; come be a part of the fun!
